Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all transactions.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Changes to personal information must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. zak555 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, telephone or any other channel.
Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security compromise in advance. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support at [email protected] immediately.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Pending any AML, fraud or dispute review, your verified balance will be returned to you through an available withdrawal method upon closure, subject to these Terms. If you wish to close your Account for responsible gambling reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure request — see Section 11 for details.
Deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Methods may include mobile wallet options (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, where available), instant payment systems (such as Raast, where available), bank transfers via Pakistani banks (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, where available) and cryptocurrency options (such as BTC or USDT, where offered). The availability of any specific method is subject to change without advance notice and depends on third-party provider availability and applicable compliance requirements.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the selected account currency, deposits will be processed in PKR at the rates and within the minimum/maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are prohibited. Any such deposits identified may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account, less any applicable processing fees.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. The Operator reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawals are available to verified Users only. Prior to processing any withdrawal, zak555 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification (such as a valid CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of residential address and, where required, source-of-funds documentation.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. This requirement exists to satisfy AML obligations and prevent financial fraud. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified method may be approved by the compliance team following review.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and vary depending on the payment method selected, the User's current KYC status, any ongoing AML review and applicable compliance checks. General indicative processing ranges are as follows:
The Operator does not guarantee any specific withdrawal timeline. No withdrawal is described as "instant" and no speed is contractually guaranteed.
Where a User has accepted a bonus, any associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real-money funds corresponding to that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and validity period are stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions at the time of the offer.
The Operator reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending fraud investigation, AML review, ongoing dispute resolution or suspected Terms violation. The User will be notified via their registered email address where a delay is applied and further documentation may be requested.
All bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, reload promotions and loyalty rewards offered by zak555 are subject to their individual terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the User must wager PKR 20,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable). The wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions and time limits are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
zak555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses in cases where the Platform reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: participation in arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, use of automation or bots to complete wagering requirements, or collusion with other Users to exploit bonus mechanics.
The availability of promotional offers is at the Operator's sole discretion. zak555 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a User is mid-way through an active promotional period, in which case the User's existing entitlement will be honoured.
zak555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. Confirmation of a bet on-screen constitutes a binding transaction only where the Platform has not flagged the relevant market or odds as subject to a manifest error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. The Operator may apply individual stake restrictions to specific User accounts at its discretion, including where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
Live and in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and delay. Odds in live markets may change rapidly. Any bet placed on an in-play market will be processed at the odds applicable at the precise moment of acceptance by the Platform, which may differ from the odds visible on-screen during moments of network delay. zak555 will not be held liable for variance in odds arising from connectivity issues on the User's side.

References to the PSL, ICC and PCB are for contextual identification purposes only. zak555 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a commercial partner of the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team. Football, UFC, esports and other markets are subject to the same general rules.
A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the User's account balance in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, clear pricing error, market closure due to corrupt or irregular activity, or any other circumstances specified in the applicable sport-specific rules made available on the Platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all balances, bans from future registration and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
zak555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC to the Platform's satisfaction; identification of a self-excluded User; regulatory requirement; technical security risk; or any other circumstance that the Operator determines is in the interests of the Platform's integrity or applicable compliance obligations.
Where an Account is closed by the Operator for non-compliance reasons (other than fraud, Terms breach or AML grounds), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review. The Operator does not pay out balances under investigation pending the conclusion of that investigation.
